UP & DOWN WEEKEND, BUT ALWAYS FUN TO TRAVEL TO NEW TRACKS!
On Friday, we unloaded pretty good right off the bat. We were very satisfied with this seeing it was the team's first trip to Utica-Rome Speedway Unfortunately, it did not take long at all for our night to get turned upside down. With nowhere to go, Andrew was involved in a first lap accident that resulted in a flat tire. The crew were able to get it swapped out under the caution, but unfortunately a few laps later, Andrew discovered that the flat was not the only issue. A broken rearend would force the team to retire early and watch the rest of the race from the sidelines.
All of this damage would also force the team to miss Saturday's feature at Fulton Speedway. Then, a rainout on Sunday allowed the team time to finish all repairs and be prepared for the make-up race on Monday!
SOLID REBOUND AFTER DISAPPOINTING RUN LAST WEEK!
This past weekend was a relief to say the least. The team unloaded with a much better piece than one week ago and was able to move forward in their heat and record a second. This would line Andrew up 5th in the feature where he would battle hard and bring it home in 6th.
This was a major improvement over last week's effort and very rewarding as a significant number of family members were in attendance. With that being said, the team is still looking to improve as they enter the last race of the season at Fulton this coming weekend. In addition to Fulton on Saturday, Andrew and the team plan to travel to Utica-Rome both Friday and Sunday. This will be Andrew's first trip to Utica-Rome and he and the team are excited to see how they size up against the competition there.
IT IS GOOD WHEN AN AVERAGE NIGHT IS DISAPPOINTING
Last night wasn't what the team has come to expect, but as they say, it could have been much worse! Andrew and the team struggled with the handling of the car in the heat race which resulted in a 6th place finish. After some much needed adjustments, the team got the car better for the feature where he would start 11th and come home in 9th. It is extremely hard to overcome a bad heat race with how competitive this division is. All in all, a decent night seeing nothing was tore up and the team was able to add some valuable data to their notebook heading into the last two races of the season!
A CAREER BEST FINISH TO CAP OFF A DOUBLE HEADER!?!?!?!
Last night was exactly what the doctor ordered for Andrew and the team! The night started off with the makeup race from last week's rainout. Andrew kept his nose clean throughout the race and ended up coming home in sixth. This was a solid start to the night and exactly what the team needed as there was not a lot of downtime between this times on track throughout the night.
Next was the regularly scheduled program. Andrew would roll off fourth for this heat race and was able to pick up a few spots and finish second. This would set him up really good for the feature as he would take the green from fourth. The team gave Andrew an excellent car and he was able to take the lead, lead some laps, but would ultimately come home second after a little mistake on a late race restart. As much as this one stings, the team is very excited about the speed shown and they know they are knocking on the door of that first career win!
MOTHER NATURE STRIKES YET AGAIN!
Last night was basically more of the same... MORE RAIN! As unfortunately as this is, at least it will not take us long to make this one up as they plan to run double features next weekend (August 10th) to makeup for this week's rainout!
STARTING TO BUILD SOME MOMENTUM!
Last night was a fantastic night of racing for Andrew and the crew. After bypassing the heat races, Andrew would roll off fourth and bring it home in fourth as well. The team learned a lot are are starting to show some signs of momentum starting to build.
After this solid run, the team is really looking forward to the double features scheduled for next weekend. Special thanks to the following supporters of Andrew Eaton Racing!

OVERALL A GREAT NIGHT OF RACING!
Last night was overall a great night of racing. Andrew competed in double features as one of the two was a makeup from one of the many rainouts we have had this season.
Andrew was able to bring home a heat race win before recording a pair of sixth place finishes out of the sixteen car fields. With each week the car and driver both are improving in big strides and the team is super excited for the rest of the season!
Also, we were thrilled to have Matt from B&C Storage in attendance last night. We hope you enjoyed it and we appreciate the support!
FINALLY, WE BEAT THE RAIN!
Just to be able to unload and get a full night in feels like a win this season. We had a nice, quiet and uneventful evening and were able to load the car up in one piece after getting it better and better all night long. Next up is a double header next weekend to make up from all the rainouts. Hope to see everyone there!
Rain wins for the FOURTH time in 2024!
We can't catch a break with the rainouts this season at Fulton. Unfortunately, for the fourth time this season, our races were rained out again this week. Our team will regroup and get things ready for the next one!
Next Race : July 6th @ Fulton Speedway
Here is a quick recap of the last two weeks at Fulton!
Two weekends ago was bad, like real bad! Struggled with the handling big time in the heat race which resulted in us rolling off 16th for the feature. Unfortunately, our night ended early after suffering substantial damage after getting caught up in a wreck early on.
This forced the team to thrash all week to make repairs as well as make some changes to the handling of the car. As soon as Andrew hit the track, he could tell the car was much more to his liking. He would go on to finish third in the heat race before mother nature struck.
This is unfortunately the third rainout this season, but the team is confident leading into next weekends race!

This past weekend was the teams first Family Autograph Night at Fulton Speedway and it was an overwhelming success! The fans came out and showed tons of support. So much so that we ended up running out of hero cards to sign before the end of the session!
Andrew and the team had yet another outstanding night at the track bringing home another heat race win as well as his best career finish of third, making this the teams third consecutive top five finish.

Another great run for the Andrew Eaton Racing team this past weekend at Fulton Speedway.
The program was slightly different from other weeks and the field was set without the use of heat races. Andrew would roll off third for the 15 lap feature event before slipping back to seventh in the early laps. Andrew would ultimately pick a couple of those spots back up and finish inside the top five for the second week in a row (5th).
The teams confidence is certainly growing as well as Andrew's confidence in the car. The team will be back in action again May 25th at Fulton Speedway. If you are in the area, be sure to come out and support this local track and enjoy some excellent racing!
This past weekend was full of "firsts" for Andrew and his team. The team unloaded the car for hot laps and it was a bit off but the team was not too concerned considering the wet conditions.
For the heat race, Andrew would fire off from the outside pole of heat one, grab the lead going into turn one, and never look back picking up his first career heat race win in only his third start.
For the feature, Andrew lined up from the pole and ran a very solid and clean race before crossing off another "first" when he crossed the line in fifth making this his first career top five finish.
The team is thrilled with the results of Saturday night and are ready to get back to the track and try to continue to build on this momentum going into the summer months!
This past weekend the team ran the second points paying race at Fulton Speedway. After suffering some damage in week one, the team just looked to keep the nose clean and complete all the laps to gain some much needed seat time. Andrew was able to do just that and bring the car home in one piece and log his second consecutive top ten finish. The team looks to build on this momentum and continue to log laps to help Andrew get as much experience as possible!
We are officially less than a week away from the season opener at Fulton Speedway and we are getting pretty fired up. Today we made some laps in the new car and learned some things to make us a little better. We are really excited to get things rolling and look to kick things off with a solid run! Hope to see everyone there!

As most teams are finishing up their 2023 seasons, we are hard at work preparing for the 2024 season. As we build this team up from scratch, we have been very fortunate to cross paths with some amazing companies that will propel us into the 2024 racing season. We look forward to representing these companies to the best of our ability and want to thank them for their support so far!!
